广西桂海天律师事务所成立于一九九四年，直属自治区司法厅监督指导。本所现有合伙人30名，注册执业律师91名，加上实习律师和行政工作人员，全所共118人；拥有3000多m2的高档写字楼，配备了专业管理软件和法律软件系统。依托现代化的办公条件和先进的通讯设施、计算机与互联网技术，构筑了与客户及时沟通和快捷服务的平台。

Introduction
Guangxi Guihaitian Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as GHT Law Firm), directly subordinate to the supervision of Guangxi Justice Department, is one of the oldest law offices in partnership (established in 1994). Our team consists of 27 partners and 70registered practicing lawyers. Our over 3000 ㎡ high-end modern offices are equipped with advanced communication devices as well as computers with professional legal & administrative software systems in order to facilitate the prompt communication with and efficient services for clients.
The majority of the GHT team members graduated from well-known law schools in such universities as Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law and Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Apart from rich experience in lawyer work, most of us used to work for many years and to obtain brilliant achievements in people’s congresses, governments, CCPPCC committees, universities, banks, public security organs, courts, procuratorates, judicial administrative authorities, etc. Numerous partners are famous experts and scholars in certain legal fields with excellent legal skills and remarkable social backgrounds, and therefore appointed to social duties by the Guangxi government, the CPPCC committees, legal affairs offices, arbitration commissions, etc. In brief, the GHT lawyer team excels in criminal defence, constriction & real estate, corporate, banking & finance (including securities & insurance), intellectual property, civil & commercial law, labour law, administrative law, foreign business, etc., and is capable to provide high-level and high-quality legal services to various types of clients.
GHT Law Firm has been selected by both the Guangxi SASAC and the Nanning SASAC into the intermediary organ pools serving for state-owned corporations for successive years. Moreover, the GHT lawyers are acting as not only guest professors in Guangxi University, Guangxi Normal University, Guangxi Administrative Cadre Institute of Politics and Law, but also vice-chairmen of the both litigation and criminal law research councils under the Guangxi Law Society, council members of Guangxi New Social Stratum Intelligentsia Fraternity, legal counsel for Guangxi Public Security Department, specially-invited social supervisor in Nanning Public Security Bureau, etc. Beyond that, a great number of GHT lawyers are assuming arbitrators in Nanning/Guilin/Qinzhou/Guigang Arbitration Commission.
